Frequently asked questions
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the paid features until the end of the period already paid. After that, the site returns to the Free plan: the banner keeps blocking and collecting consents, with the default appearance, the “Powered by OpenCookies” mention and a log limited to 3 months. Remember to export your proofs as CSV beforehand.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: the first payment is refunded in full by simple e-mail within 30 days. If the service is interrupted through our fault for more than 72 hours in a row, the days concerned are refunded pro rata on request. See the terms of use and sale.
Pro or Agency: which should I choose?
The Agency plan (€31) costs less than Pro (€6 per site) from 6 sites. It adds the overview of your clients and the transfer of a site to its final owner.
What if I have more than 25 sites?
Each extra site costs €1 per month. For more than 100 sites or a particular need, write to us: we will reply with a tailored offer.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices include tax: the amount you pay is the amount shown.
How do I pay?
By bank card from your account (“My account”, then “Upgrade to Pro or Agency”), with secure payment by Stripe. You receive your invoice by e-mail. To pay by bank transfer, write to us at contact@opencookies.com.
