• Installation help — the banner does not appear or a tracker is not blocked. Include the address of the page concerned.
• Plans and agencies — questions about pricing, the Agency plan or white label.
• Dispute or remove a report — see the procedure: give the report address or the domain name.
• Security and personal data — reporting a vulnerability, or a request for access, rectification or erasure (see the privacy policy).

We reply by e-mail. There is no phone line or form, so that every exchange leaves a written record.
